the juicer - great job on my breakfast this morning. Took all of 2 minutes to grind and juice 2 carrots, 2 apples, a big handful of spinach and another of blueberries. YUMMO.

Day one - the thinking process.

I am seriously thinking (after careful research and web site prodding), of doing a five to ten day juice fast.  Bought a juicer today - will try some tonight and see what happens --- TO BE CONTINUED.

Who knew it was this easy ... and this healthy!!
